EuropeanOutlet is providing customers with authentic and quality merchandise. The merchandise we are selling is coming from fine European designers and is fully guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 business days from the day of customer’s receiving the item. The customer must contact us in advance to arrange the return and receive the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) for the item. All returned merchandise must be in mint condition, in the original manufacturer\'s packing with all with all originally shipped accessories, tags, documentations and authenticity cards.
The buyer is responsible to pay 15% re-stocking fee, which will apply to all returned merchandise except for exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is not reimbursed without prior approval.
Refunds are usually processed within one week of receipt of the merchandise. Please expect a delay of one week on refunds for post Holiday returns.
